HIGH-PERFORMANCE AXLES

Unbraked axles

ZGaxle offers unbraked axles and stud axle ends from 35 mm to 150 mm square, designed for agricultural and industrial machinery. With load capacities from 1 ton to 40 tons, they ensure reliable performance and durability across all applications. Each axle can be customized in track width and configuration to fit your equipment precisely, delivering long service life and consistent operation in demanding environments.

Drum braked axles

ZGaxle’s braked axles are built to meet market demands and international braking standards such as CEMAGREF, 2015/68 UTAC, and TÜV 40 km/h. Available from 50 mm to 150 mm square in full or half configurations, they offer load capacities from 3 to 40 tons. With customizable track widths, cam lengths, and spindle types, our MF, XF series deliver precise braking performance, durability, and safety for all agricultural and industrial machinery.

Suspesions

Our tandem axles ensure optimal load distribution, reducing tire wear and improving ride comfort. Available from 70 to 150 mm square, with load capacities from 10 to 28 tons, they suit all agricultural and industrial uses. Offered in simple or forced steering versions, standard or low-profile, and in simplified or connecting-rod designs for greater stability and comfort.
